Membership Refunds
Members have a 30 day grace period from the time of receipt of payment to request a full refund for new, renewal or auto-renewal annual memberships. Beyond 30 days, a refund request will be escalated to the Bellingham Chamber of Commerce and is subject to an internal review. Once a refund is finalized, your membership status will be terminated. Please send Membership Refund Requests to wypsmembership@gmail.com.
Event Refunds
Event payments are final and all refund requests are subject to an internal review. This pertains to Socials, Pop-Ups, Fundraisers and Special Events. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please send Event Refund Requests to wypstreasurer@gmail.com.
